I was delighted to discover today that Paula Begoun, makeup artist turned consumer reporter turned cosmetics businesswoman and author of my favorite beauty guidebook, The Beauty Bible: The Ultimate Guide to Smart Beauty
, now has a website reviewing over 35,000 cosmetics and skin care products. This appears to be a replacement for her product guidebook Don't Go to the Cosmetics Counter Without Me, but better because the website is updated much more frequently than new editions can be published. Subscriptions are normally $24.95/year but I found a coupon on RetailMeNot for 1/2 off if you enter the promotion code BG50.
