Hubby finds his academic calling

I've successfully nudged Hubby into returning to college to complete his bachelors degree and he's been admitted to UNLV for fall semester.  Initially he was thinking about majoring in Finance with a Real Estate concentration (one of his long-term goals is to become a real estate investor), but he wasn't very enthused about the courses.

Then he discovered that UNLV offers degrees in drinking and gambling!  Now he is so excited about school that he wants to attend full time and pursue a double-major. :)

Meanwhile, my accounting program sounds less fun now. :(

About one more year and it'll be time to start looking at real estate investing :) (doesn't mean that ANY property is a good deal, just that there will be opportunities then)
